amazing experience!!!
spacious rooms great view helpful staff
The hotel has good facilities and it is close to the city centre. the rooms are spacious, and my room had a great view. the gym included a pool, steam room and a sauna. Bella and lisa were very helpful explaining the gym facilities. parking underneath the building is very tight with limited spaces, so keep that in mind.
the underground car park has small spots, so large cars may struggle.

The top floor restaurant offers excellent service and fantastic meals. The waiting staff were attentive. the breakfast buffet had many options, it was a real treat! i highly recommend dining here.

The hotel is in a great location near the hoe, the barbican and the city centre. All are within very easy walking distance. this makes exploring very convenient, and everything is easily accessible. the views near the sea are beautiful!!!

excellent location clean room firm bed unbolted safe
the location was excellent and everything i needed was within walking distance. i traveled down by train and i really didn't need a car once i'd arrived. the hotel room was lovely and adequate for my needs , it was clean and spacious.
the bed was so firm i now have a sore back. the safe in the room wasn't bolted down , you could literally pick it up and walk out with it.

badly parked cars rude staff
The car park was quite a challenge. It cost an extra £30. Maneuvering was tough because of obstacles and badly parked cars, I noticed. The bathroom in my room felt cramped, the shower was hard to get into. Staff at the bar acted rudely, food service downstairs was non-existent. It really put a damper on my stay.

The location was central, close to the hoe and waterfront. my room was clean and well-kept. I found housekeeping attentive. the restaurant offered panoramic city views. on-site parking proved convenient.
the basement car park had tight corners, a minor inconvenience.
