The car park was quite a challenge. It cost an extra £30. Maneuvering was tough because of obstacles and badly parked cars, I noticed. The bathroom in my room felt cramped, the shower was hard to get into. Staff at the bar acted rudely, food service downstairs was non-existent. It really put a damper on my stay.

The location was central, close to the hoe and waterfront. my room was clean and well kept. I found housekeeping attentive. the restaurant offered panoramic city views. on-site parking proved convenient.

the basement car park had tight corners, a minor inconvenience.
